FEATURED COMMENT OF THE PAST 24 HOURS:

From “Arab Bomb Shell by day, Israeli Belly Dancer by night” on A Response To The SPJP Proposed Boycott of Sabra Hummus

Salaam Aleikum

I am actively looking to boycott products that contribute to human rights violations. Recently it came to my attention that the underwear i wear comes from a company that funds the Israeli soldiers’ night-time fantasies. What should I do? Looking forward to boycott this product!

Open to any suggestions for hummus and underwear alternatives. Remember has to be both Halal and Kosher.

Aleikum Salaam

I’m not quite sure how you pick the featured comments, but they seem to show the biases of the DG editors more than anything. The comment highlighted in this chatter is particularly offensive.

I’m not sure how this particular comment was chosen — people are still figuring out a good algorithm for featured comment selection. In past weeks, we chose comments that were well-liked or hotly debated within the past 24 hours.
Given that it’s midterms week, I bet the author’s pick for today was pretty random! No conspiracy going on here.
