* Assist users with technical problems and questions, such as troubleshooting network registrations, configuring wireless, installing software, setting up printer connections, password problems, and the use of common applications such as Blackboard or MS Office.
* Install/move phones, computers, and printers.
* Maintain equipment and supplies in public and dorm computing areas.
* Image new computers, which means installing the operating system and making some configurations based on instructions.
* Depending on skills and interests, work on special projects such as campus-wide software deployments, website development, delivering training sessions to students, etc. We are open to your proposals as well.
