College Considers Big Cuts in 2010-2011
Many Swarthmore departments, including ITS, the library system, Human Resources, and Facilities, have been told to prepare for significant budget cuts if the economy (and the College's endowment) doesn't start to turn around by 2010.

The Weather

Today: Mostly Sunny. High of 61.

So, today I found what may be our lab group's runaway testosterone-loving hamster.

Tonight: Partly Cloudy. Low of 36.

I was surprised to find he had evidently returned to the lab. A friend pointed out the obvious:

Tomorrow: Chance Rain Showers. High of 56.

"He probably just came back to get his fix."

Menus

Lunch: manhatten clam chowder, pumpkin mushroom soup, tortellini w/ creamy pesto (vt), garlic bread, *new* orange glazed tempeh (v), mixed vegetables, fresh broccoli (v), cheesesteak bar including vegetarian option, pudding cake

Dinner: beef ragout, buttered noodles, seitan ragout (v), baked pasta w/ spinach & cheese (vt), peas & onion, swiss chard, boule bar including vegan option, apple pie (v)
