On Wednesday night, two women's teams played conference opening games on Swarthmore's campus. The Garnet Women's Soccer team lost 2-1 to Dickinson after tying into double overtime. Swarthmore Volleyball defeated Muhlenberg 3-1 and advances to the semifinals, where they'll play Haverford on their home turf on Saturday.

The Garnet Men' Soccer team and the Muhlenberg Mules battled fiercely last night to determine the host of the Centennial Conference: the Garnet needed a win against the Mules and a win on Saturday against Haverford, but the game went into double overtime with the final score at 0-0.

A large and spirited crowd rallied, on Saturday night at Clothier Field, to cheer the Men’s Soccer Team onto a 1-0 win over Johns Hopkins. A goal early in the game, along with strong defensive performance, earned Swarthmore its victory. Photos and a summary.

Wednesday the Swarthmore Men's Soccer team maintained its undefeated record, beating Widener 4-0 at home. Swarthmore controlled possession for most of the match and finished the game with a 21-4 advantage in shots. The Garnet has been doing extremely well this season, despite graduating eight seniors, including a first team all-American selection.
