Dare 2 Soar is a tutoring and mentoring program for students in Chester. This meeting will provide information about the program, its six operating sites, and the city of Chester. This meeting will also provide an opportunity for Swarthmore students to sign up to tutor or mentor and to ask any pertinent questions.
