Synopsis: Public Safety responded to Trotter Hall for the report of a disturbance. Investigation determined the individual causing the disturbance was a Swarthmore student. The Dean’s Office was contacted and arrived a short time later to assist. No further action at this time.

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to the Mullan Fitness Center for an individual attempting to gain entrance into the Fitness Center without a valid ID. Upon arrival, it was determined that the individual was associated with the College but needs an updated ID.

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to Lang Music Building for the report of a door lock that had been tampered with. The matter is under investigation.

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to the Fieldhouse for the report of an unknown individual loitering. Upon arrival, the area was checked with negative results. Information will be kept on file

Synopsis: Information received in reference to chalkings around campus regarding LGBTQIA community members. Officers documented chalkings and notified appropriate offices.

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to Wharton Residence Hall for the theft of speakers. The speakers are valued at $50. The matter is under investigation.

Synopsis: Public Safety, Swarthmore Police and Swarthmore Ambulance responded to Alice Paul Residence Hall for the report of an intoxicated Swarthmore College resident student. Student was

transported to the hospital.

Synopsis: Public Safety and Swarthmore Police responded to Alice Paul Residence Hall for the report of an intoxicated Swarthmore College resident student. Student was transported to the

hospital. Matter referred to the Dean’s Office.

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to the report of an individual who was not authorized to attend the party. The individual was identified as a Pendle Hill Student who was being aggressive towards a college employee. Swarthmore Police were notified and the individual was arrested.

Synopsis: Public Safety responded to Clothier Hall for the report of an intoxicated Swarthmore College resident student. The student was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

Forcible Fondling, Sexual Misconduct

Date: Sunday, November 2

Time: 12:01 a.m.

Location: Clothier Hall

Synopsis: The Associate Director for Public Safety received a report of a forcible fondling of a known female Swarthmore student by a known male Swarthmore student that occurred on 11/1/14

at Clothier Hall. The matter is under investigation.

Synopsis: A Swarthmore resident student was transported to the hospital for medical treatment due to intoxication. Matter was referred to the Dean’s Office.

Synopsis: Public Safety received a report of a possible hunter in the woods near the nursery area. Public Safety responded and the area was checked with negative results. Information on file for

Forcible Rape

Time: Spring Semester 2014

Location: Unknown Location

Synopsis: Public Safety received an online Clery report of a forcible rape of a known Swarthmore resident student by an unidentified individual at an unnamed residence hall on campus in spring

2014. Matter is under investigation.

Fire Alarm

Date: Monday, November 3

Time: 6:56­8:14 a.m.

Location: 101 S. Chester Road

Synopsis: Public Safety received notification that an alarm was sounding at 101 S. Chester Rd. Public Safety, Facilities, Swarthmore Police and Peco responded to find no fire, but alarm system

activated. It was determined that the activation was caused by electrical issues.

Simple Assualt/Not Aggravated

Time: 10:55 p.m.

Location: Off Campus Location

Synopsis: Public Safety received a report of a physical assault at an off campus location. The incident involved two Swarthmore resident students. Matter is under investigation.
