Vegetarian: Broccoli & Mushroom Stir Fry (vegan), Tofu with Roasted Tomato & Edamame (vegan)
Specialty: Bagel Bar with Le Bus Bakery Bagels, Assorted Salads & Spreads
Soup: Cream of Mushroom, Black Bean
Dessert: S’More Cookies

Dinner – 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Main: Soy & Citrus Salmon, Parslied New Potatoes, Peas & Pearl Onions, Braised Cabbage
Vegetarian: Asian Eggplant with Garlic & Scallions (vegan), Chefs Pasta Toss
Specialty: Pasta Bar with Choice of Sauce & Garlic Bread
Dessert: Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding
