Swat Storytime: Madison Heppe ’16 Talks About Vocalization and Silence

Madison’s Story – click to listen

Welcome to the sixth installment of Swat Storytime. This weekly feature showcases student and faculty voices, each sharing a brief, personal story in audio form.

Above is a link to a story told by Madison Heppe ’16 about the importance of speaking out – in volleyball as in life. When you don’t let your voice be heard, there are always consequences. Madison describes her coach’s crafty revenge to a team that refused to communicate effectively.

If you have a four to five minute-long story you would like to share, please email aholtzm1@swarthmore.edu to set up a recording time. This month’s theme is Silence.
