Time: 11:00p.m.-2:00 a.m.
Location: Phi Psi Fraternity House
Synopsis: A male resident student reported that he was harassed by a known male resident student while attending a party a Phi Psi. Matter under investigation.

Synopsis: A Dean reported that a third party reported to them that a male friend informed them that he was sexually assaulted. No additional information about the date, time, location, or involved parties is known at this time. Matter under investigation.

Time: 3:26-3:39 p.m.
Location: Woolman Residence Hall
Synopsis: A non-student female attempted to gain access to a resident’s room. Access was denied by Public Safety and the female was identified.
Status: Cleared

Time: 1:17-1:35 a.m.
Location: Heat Plant
Synopsis: One female student and two male students were observed by Public Safety to be within the heat plant area. They were advised that they were not allowed in the area. Facilities was also notified.

Fire Hazard/Suspicious Odor
Date: Saturday, March 30
Time: 11:09-11:19 p.m.
Location: Worth Residence Hall
Synopsis: While Public Safety was conducting a routine patrol, a strong smell of marijuana was noted within section J of Worth Residence Hall. Officers also observed several recessed lights covered with aluminum foil that were creating a fire hazard. Two students were identified and the fire hazard was corrected.

Time: 12:40-1:31 a.m.
Location: Dana Residence Hall
Synopsis: A resident student female was evaluated, transported to the hospital, and cited by Swarthmore Police for under-age drinking.
Status: Cleared/Arrested

 

Student Intoxication
Date: Sunday, March 31
Time: 1:15-1:37 a.m.
Location: Wharton Residence Hall
Synopsis: A Party Associate reported that a female resident student was unresponsive to verbal command. Public Safety, a Swarthmore ambulance and a medic responded. The student was evaluated and transported to the hospital for alcohol intoxication.

Vandalism
Date: Sunday, March 31
Time: 2:41-2:50 p.m.
Location: Worth Residence Hall
Synopsis: A male student reported that he saw three male individuals in the courtyard throwing chairs. Upon Public Safety’s arrival, several tables and chairs were observed to be upside down.
Status: Inactive

 

Community Concern
Date: Monday, April 1
Time: 1:58 a.m.-2:22 a.m.
Location: Lang Music Building
Synopsis: Public Safety officers responded to the report of a female in the Lang Music Building who was in need of assistance. The individual was identified as a student who is currently on leave. The student was fine and was escorted to the train.
