Mayer Hawthorne and St. Vincent will be playing in LPAC this Saturday as this year’s Large Scale Event. Although normally held in the fall, the event was pushed back due to efforts to book Janelle Monae, which ultimately ended up not working out.
St. VincentÃ¢€™s Annie Clark is an American multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter who is a former member of the Polyphonic Spree and Sufjan Stevens’s touring band. Her solo debut Marry Me received critical attention and praise for its arrangements and songwriting.
