Men's Soccer Game Against Mules Ends 0-0: Photos

Roberto Contreras ‘12

The Garnet Men's Soccer team and the Muhlenberg Mules battled fiercely last night to determine the host of the Centennial Conference. To secure Swarthmore as the host of the Conference, the Garnet needed a win against the Mules and a win on Saturday against Haverford. The game went into double overtime with the final score at 0–0.

“It’s disappointing that we didn’t get the desired result, but it’s hard to be disappointed with the effort that we put in,” said David Sterngold ‘12 on the game’s outcome.

Last night was also Senior Night; a small ceremony was held to honor the careers of graduating seniors Dylan Langley ‘10 and Omari Faakye ‘10.

In short: we know that we need it. And we don't know how to get it. Or, more specifically—when we don't know just when the getting's good.
