WOMEN'S BASKETBALL: Two Women's Basketball Players Named All-Centennial Team Swarthmore College forwards Kathryn Stockbower '11 and Karen Berk '08 have been named to the 2008 All-Centennial Conference Women's Basketball Team. Stockbower was a first-team selection while Berk is honorable mention.

MEN'S BASKETBALL: McCormick Named All-Centennial Swarthmore College center Ian McCormick '08 has been named to the 2008 All-Centennial Conference Men's Basketball Team. McCormick is a first-team selection, as voted on by the conference's head coaches.

SWIMMING: Miller, Lewis Headed to NCAA Swim Championships Swarthmore swimmers Anne Miller '10 and Jennie Lewis '08 have earned spots in the 2008 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships to be held at Miami University (Ohio) on March 13-15.

The Ad Hoc Financial Planning Group has been tasked with finding $8 million to cut from the annual budget. They have come up with a proposal for $6.85 million worth of cuts, and are currently seeking feedback from the community on their plan.
