World Series Opinions

Don "Donnie" Thomas, Dining Services: Phillies are going all the way, man. They're my team and this is their year.

Eleonore Baginski, Modern Languages: I have been a Philly fan since 1965 and I went to Game Five in 1993. I hope they finally win this year!
Cassy Burnett, Modern Languages: I think it is wonderful that the Phillies are in the World Series. It is exciting for the fans and they are a fun team to watch.

Daniel Cabrera '12: I'm rooting for the Phillies to win since I go to Swarthmore and I'm near Philadelphia.

Sofia Rivkin-Haas '09: If the Oakland A's or the San Francisco Giants were in the World Series I would root for them, but since they're not I'm rooting for the Phillies.

Joan Friedman, Spanish: I have been a Phillie Phan since forever, more precisely since my son was around 5 and he became infatuated with Darren Daulton. It's going to be a short series...4 games celebration in PHILLY! Go Phillies!

Michael Giannangeli '12: I want to see the Rays win this year. They're a great story going from worst team to the World Series in a year and it would be cool to see them finish it out with a championship.
