Information Technology Services (ITS), Client Services Team is currently hiring for the Summer and Fall semester. ITS is a dynamic workplace where students gain technical skills and work experience dealing with the same issues they face after graduation. We feature a fun-loving and relaxed atmosphere with flexible hours, competitive pay, and challenging work. We are fully staffed by students in a variety of majors and backgrounds.  

As a student-staffed work force, we tend to retain only about half of our staff from year to year. As such, we traditionally hold a round of hiring during the middle of the Spring semester.  Currently, we are hiring for:

Public Area Consultants:  Provide direct support to the community in our main public areas located in McCabe Library.  Position starts in Fall.

ResTech Consultants:  Provide technical support to students in the dorms and the at ResTech Help Desk in Beardsley. Position starts in Fall.

Technical Associates:  Provide technical support at our help desk for faculty and staff.  Summer and Fall positions available.

Communication and interpersonal skills are critical. We try to have as diverse a staff as possible.  ITS student employees return to campus early to participate in a training program and to help students connect to the campus network. To learn more about ITS jobs see:
