The Achievement Project, a non-profit organization, seeks two college students who would like to work with teens enrolled in TAP's summer education enrichment program. TAP's mission to help its participants, all students of Chester High School, to suceed in high school and to prepare for, apply to, gain admittance to, and attend a college, university, or some other institution of higher education.

Requirements: A good work ethic, an ability to be flexible, and a willingness to learn, be creative, and have fun.

Time Commitment: Approximately 4 hours a day, Mon-Thurs, June 25 - August 3. Hours are basically 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Chester Eastside Ministries at 9th & Potter Streets in Chester PA.

Responsibilities: Serve as a teacher's aide, serve as a chaperone on trips, be a good role model.

Compensation: A stipend of $1,000 plus snacks, transportation to and from field trips, and admission fees.
