Fencing was approved as a club sport by the athletics department over the summer, qualifying the team for a coach, PE credit, and extra funding from SBC for both equipment and tournament play. Read the article here.

The 8 Million Dollar Question

The Ad Hoc Financial Planning Group has been tasked with finding $8 million to cut from the annual budget. They have come up with a proposal for $6.85 million worth of cuts, and are currently seeking feedback from the community on their plan.
