MEN’S BASKETBALL: McCormick Stays Hot, Terror Hold Off Garnet
WESTMINSTER, Md. — Swarthmore senior center Ian McCormick posted a triple-double and classmate Noam Fleigelman added a season-high 14 points, but the Garnet comeback fell short as hometown McDaniel held on for a 66-61 win in the Centennial Conference opener for both squads Wednesday night in the Gill Center.

BADMINTON: Garnet Cut Down By Dragons
PHILADELPHIA –Swarthmore’s dynamic badminton duo, Kim Kramer ’10 and Maithili Parikh ’11, won in singles and doubles action, yet the hometown Drexel club team pulled out a 5-4 win over the Garnet Tuesday evening.
