MEN'S BASKETBALL: McCormick Stays Hot, Terror Hold Off Garnet WESTMINSTER, Md. -- Swarthmore senior center Ian McCormick posted a triple-double and classmate Noam Fleigelman added a season-high 14 points, but the Garnet comeback fell short as hometown McDaniel held on for a 66-61 win in the Centennial Conference opener for both squads Wednesday night in the Gill Center.

BADMINTON: Garnet Cut Down By Dragons PHILADELPHIA --Swarthmore’s dynamic badminton duo, Kim Kramer '10 and Maithili Parikh '11, won in singles and doubles action, yet the hometown Drexel club team pulled out a 5-4 win over the Garnet Tuesday evening.
