WOMEN'S SOCCER: Julia Lights Up Allentown Night

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Swarthmore sophomore forward Julia Luongo scored the game-winning goal in overtime as the 24th-ranked Garnet (9-1, 5-1 CC) defeated Muhlenberg 2-1 Wednesday night. It was Luongo's second overtime winner against the Mules in as many years--freshman Kelsey Cline scored the other Swarthmore goal off an assist from classmate Kirsten Peterson.

VOLLEYBALL: Garnet Dig Past Mules

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Junior outside hitter Jen Wang had 18 kills and 18 digs and senior middle hitter Karen Berk added a season-high 16 kills as the Swarthmore volleyball team (8-13 overall, 3-3 CC) picked up a 3-1 victory at Centennia-rival Muhlenberg Wednesday night.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Swarthmore senior forward Abbie Fischer scored her seventh goal of the season as the Garnet (5-8 overall, 2-4 CC) dropped a tough 2-1 decision at Muhlenberg Wednesday night.
