MEN’S SOCCER: Garnet Hold Pride in 2-0 Win
SWARTHMORE, Pa. – Swarthmore (5-1-2) overtook Widener Pride (3-4) with a 2-0 win during a Wednesday night match. Ladule Lako Lo Sarah, ’09, scored in the first 18 seconds of the game. During the second half, Lo Sarah scored his eighth goal of the season.

VOLLEYBALL: Garnet Fall to Red Devils
SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The Swarthmore Garnet fell to Red Devils in a 3-0 (30-26, 30-26, 30-22) match. Jen Wang ’09, Vanessa Wells ’08, and Katherine Gold ’08 all posted double-digit kills for the Garnet offense.

WOMEN’S SOCCER: Mullarkey Named Player of the Week
SWARTHMORE, Pa. – Swarthmore junior Cait Mullarkey has been named Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by the Conference office on Sept. 17. She is fourth soccer player to earn the CC Weekly honor this year.

FIELD HOCKEY: Stone Named Offensive CC Player of the Week
SWARTHMORE, Pa. – Junior Natalie Stone was named Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the week, announced on Sept. 17. Stone had her second career hat-trick against Richard Stockton and scored her fourth goal of the season playing against Randolph-Macon.
